Define and Line, Add Vibrant Color and Irresistible Shine
STEP #1
Define:
Use a Soft Contour Lip Liner to outline your lips, creating a cross on the upper and lower lips. Extend the liner to form a heart shape for definition and enhancement.

Fill + Blend:

This is an absolutely beautiful lip oil. The packaging is super pretty. The lip oil it self has this tiny blue specs in it which make it so ethereal. You can’t see or feel the sparkles on the lips but the lip oil is super shiny and so nourishing. My lips feel so smooth and hydrated and it last for quite some time. I will definitely repurchase:) thank you
From putting the liner and setting with powder. Once you apply this gloss it goes on like butter. I love how glossy and plumped my lips look.
