SHIPPING
Standard Shipping is FREE on all domestic purchases of $40 and over (excluding taxes). Domestic orders below $40 will be charged $4.90 for economy shipping or $6.90 for standard shipping. International shipping is fulfilled via DHL and shipping rates may vary. Please view international shipping rate options at checkout of your order(s).
Once your order is placed, it generally takes us 1-2 business days to process and pack. Standard shipping generally takes 5-7 business days within the 48 contiguous states. Economy shipping generally takes 8-11 business days. These shipping times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. With product launches and holidays, shipping can take longer sometimes unfortunately. International shipments will take slightly longer due to distance and customs clearance.
Due to high global demand we are happy to announce that we have recently begun shipping internationally! You should be able to purchase via our website with no issue unless you reside in a country that shipments are blocked to. Oh no! If you receive anything that looks off, please email us at hola@etienneortega.com with photos of your damaged products (so we can figure out what went wrong) and we’ll help make it right ASAP.

ORDER
Unfortunately, once orders are submitted, they usually cannot be canceled or modified. However, please email us at hola@etienneortega.com and we will do our absolute best to correct your order, if possible.
You can return unused and unopened products back to us for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your item(s) for domestic orders only. We do not accept returns for international orders. For domestic orders, if you purchase the free returns option at checkout from Redo then your return shipping will be free. If you do not purchase the free returns option at checkout from Redo then return shipping will be borne by the customer. Package protection is available from Redo for both domestic and international orders.

No, unfortunately we are unable to change the billing address of your order once it is placed. But, if your order was confirmed, you should have nothing to worry about! As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order.

Yes! All of our products are cruelty free and are certified so by both Leaping Bunny and PETA. We do not test on animals.
We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away
from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
